The class is inspired by ballet and modern techniques. It combines the most effective dance movements and stretches to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. You will be accompanied by contemporary music to help improve fluidity in your movement and help you focus on rhythm. The class is held in a supportive environment and will improve posture, alignment, flexibility, strength, circulation, self-esteem, and mindfulness. Dance experience is not necessary and this class is for EVERYONE!
