Yoga with Carol S.

I began my yoga journey in 2009. I later found myself struggling with depression and anxiety and although it took some time and dedication, I decided it was time to pursue yoga daily. In 2013, I became a certified Yoga instructor (300hr) because I was able to truly find myself and connect to who I was. I was inspired to connect with others and teach them how to connect with themselves. I later went on to take many trainings and workshops that include Baron Baptiste, Art of Assisting, and Bryan Kest as well as completing my 500 hr at Warrior One. I learned that healing is real and possible and I wanted to show others that they can do the same. After I began my journey, I went on to teach for 6 years and I only look to grow more and more in my yoga journey as a teacher and as a practitioner. I encourage everyone who is interested and maybe slightly a little scared to try it out, despite the fear. You’d be surprised how much it reminds you to have fun and how physically and mentally strong you are! I am here to empower you to grow, to heal, to learn, and most importantly, to love you!
