Experienced in teaching both men and women, all ages and all levels, for fitness, for fun, self defense, amateur and professional.
Boxing has been my life for 30+ years, to share my expertise and life experiences with people interested in learning this discipline is a pleasure.

I am a former Boxing World Champion. I am now retired enjoying my children. Boxing has given me enormous satisfaction and I want to share my love for the sport with others. 
My dream was to win a World Championship and I did it at the age of 30, when most fighters are at the end of their career. My perseverance has been inspiring to many and even the topic of a documentary about my fight against an undefeated champion.
I will teach you not only boxing but also discipline, confidence and self belief. I can help you discover new limits within yourself and become a healthier, stronger You.

I have used many a trainer before but never achieved my full potential ! Thanks toMr. Hernandez i have learned that getting in shape is not an overnight thing ! I was pushed to know my limits and from there we worked to go beyond the limits. Not all at once but gradually, allowing me to see my full potential as well as gaining confidence along the way.
