Passionate, creative, hard-working musician with experience in music therapy, music education, and early childhood music and movement in the foothills of Colorado. I facilitate spaces in which the healing power of music can shape and transform student's lives, providing a means for creative, emotional, and social expression. With over 10 years of performance experience and a degree from Berklee College of Music, I bring a dedication to mastery and artistic development to all of my students. Using a person-centered approach, I am flexible in my teaching style and aim to support the arising needs of students. I have experience teaching flute, ukulele, guitar, piano, voice, and drums, with people ranging from 4-80 years of age. Students can expect to work on skills that support a well rounded musical lifestyle, including practice strategy, technique, tone development, joyous playing, scales, harmony, performance coaching, composition/songwriting, repertoire, improvisation, social media outreach, band coaching/arranging, and artist development.
