Playing the piano can be  a very rewarding experience. Learning to play does not need to be hard work - it can be fun - especially when I show you the "tricks" that make becoming a musician a reachable goal.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced, every lesson is filled with unique information and exercises that "make sense" when I explain how they apply to the piece of music that you are learning.

Practicing is playing -- playing is practicing. 

You  will learn to play the piano/keyboard quickly and easily while understanding how the notes and chords work together to make the songs that you love sound incredible. You can even learn how to hear a song and play it "by ear" with very little effort.

I taught myself how to play the piano and by the time I was 14, I was playing music in talent shows. I went on to study music and received my BA in Music. I performed in NYC for 10 years and after touring in a 7 piece band I moved to CA where I received my MA in Arranging and Composing. I continued recording and performing for another 25 years! 

I have always taught lessons along the way and continue to this very day. 

Not everyone wants to be a career performer but everyone can learn how to make music! If you are willing to give it a try - I will give you100% of my knowledge and expertise. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Let's get started making music together!
