I am a home cook with restaurant and teaching experience but most importantly a love of cooking for others. My family’s love language is food and I have been feeding friends, family and community for over 15 years. One of my favorite things to do as a child was to sit on a stool in the kitchen watching my dad or grandparents cook. While Italian is what I grew up making, I also love to try new things in the kitchen and among others I dabble in French, modern American, Spanish, and Puerto Rican cuisines. I want to make intimidating dishes approachable and help you make restaurant quality dishes at home. Let me help you create meals that will bring friends and family to your table. Whether you want to add to your repertoire, are looking for a new date night experience, or need a fun and engaging group/team building activity I can provide you with a customized experience and help you you build skills you can use over and over again. Some things I love making are focaccia, soups, salads with homemade dressing, sauces, pasta dishes- limone, carbonara, bolognese, risotto, seared duck breast, acqua pazza, cioppino, bruschetta, arrancini. Let me show you Italian cooking beyond marinara and pizza. Prices are based on one-on-one lessons, please reach out for additional people/group rates.
