My teaching focuses on building the basics of playing Brass instruments by creating a collaborative and fun atmosphere for the student. I will focus on the positive aspects of the student's performance and branch out to build their musicianship. I've worked with all types of students before and exert patience and respect for whomever I'm working with.
Primary study in audio engineering/recording. Other study coding music programs and in composition of electronic music.
Brian is an excellent teacher. His tone and clarity is fantastic, which is important as a student to hear for emulation purposes. He has a great handle on music theory and how to fundamentally make good sound, resulting in pleasing to listen to music.
It was my first time using this service and Brian was so patient and knowledgeable. He gave me good tips and goals for our next session.
My son had a great first lesson. He learned more specific things about embouchure and the chromatic scale with intervals. He is looking forward to his next lesson.
