I've been teaching high school career and tech classes since 2017, with specialties in music production, broadcasting, and journalism. As a former student, the roots I planted in my high school's world-class radio program are what eventually led me to the teaching position I have today. My favorite part of the job is seeing students push themselves to accomplish goals they didn't know they were capable of. I work with learners of all skill levels; My primary DAW is Ableton Live, though I'm proficient in most others. I'm happy to teach music production, songwriting, sound design, mixing, mastering, and more. My expertise also includes basic music industry knowledge and coaching. I've been making various types of electronic music for over 17 years and I've had successful releases on several independent labels. I currently own and operate my own record label, putting out 2-3 releases a year in digital and physical formats. I also currently teach Ableton Live and other basic audio skills to mixed grade level high school students.
