Health Coaching with Brandy L.

Hi, there! My name is Brandy and I am so excited to meet with you! I've been teaching preschool the last two years and have been tutoring, mentoring, and training others for about 20 years off and on! I started out tutoring German to high school and college students, then English to college and elementary students while in Spain. I went to university first in Spain, then cane back stateside and received a dual degree Spanish and German from Indiana University. I'm a highly creative person who loves linguistics, traveling, and all things Disney. I'm also very experienced in how to adapt to life with food allergies. My son and I both have life threatening allergies and I'm very adept at manuevering through the grocery aisles and restaurant menus seeking out safe foods (we have about a dozen food allergies between us). My cooking and food based classes are intended for those with food allergies who need help adjusting to a new food life and modifying their diets. Let's get learning!
