Welcome to the lessons site for songwriter, professional drummer and musician Bill M. Bill grew up on Long Island New York and studied formally for several years with luminaries such as Global Drumming Ambassador Dom Famularo, and the venerable Al Miller. In addition, Bill furthered his drum set and musical performance studies at the Drummers Collective in NYC, Berklee College of Music, University of Southern California Jazz Extension and the Dick Grove School of Music. In recent years, Bill continues to seek the knowledge of the masters and has studied with legendary drummers Jeff Hamilton and John Riley.

Bill is a top notch educator with many years experience as a drum teacher and drum circle facilitator. Bill has also taught group drum classes at International Schools overseas and has given numerous clinics throughout the world.

Students can learn have a music industry experience through the PAS Internship program or apply to receive a PAS scholarship or grant. Professionals can create new percussion programs or gain recognition through PAS grants and contests. Many individuals have significantly impacted the world of percussion through the Percussive Arts Society and they are recognized in our Hall of Fame and Awards pages.
