Guitar with Benjamin G.

Hello to all future students! My name is Benjamin, I am a guitar teacher, and have been fascinated with learning and teaching for several years. I have been playing guitar for 11 years, and relatively new to teaching. I'm fun and outgoing, and have a lot of knowledge to give. I am currently a student at UofL, in their Computer Information Systems program. I have experience teaching all levels of players, from honing advanced techniques, to teaching the basics. I have helped a handful of students learn to play, from reading tabs, to keeping basic time, to learning techniques such as sweep picking, tapping, and soloing within scales. Though I may be a bit unorthodox in my teaching style, I feel that guitar is an expression of the soul and should be a form of my student's self expression! I am also a fountain of knowledge on gear, and helping beginner players work on their instruments and help with minor fixes and set-up issues.
