Hi!
My name is Ashley, and I am 20 years old. I took piano lessons for nine years, and I have taught for 4 years. Currently I have seven students, and I am looking forward to having more. I have a flexible time schedule, and currently have a few days and various times open.
I use Alfred’s books, as I feel they are very well structured and helpful to both teacher and student.
I prefer to teach younger children or children who have never had lessons before, but I would gladly be willing to work with older students and/or those who have had experience.
I strive to be patient, understanding, and am more than happy to take time with my students. I will teach for as short or as long as they need to be taught, I do not try to cram lessons into a specific time schedule. I do review frequently and make sure my students understand what they are learning.
As of now, I teach children who are between 7 and 12 years old.
I enjoy teaching and want to make it affordable to parents and fun and enjoyable for students.

Ashley is a very good teacher. She has been my teacher for 8 months. She is very kind, patient and easy to talk to. She is very good at playing and instructing the piano. I have learned a lot in the past 8 months and was able to play in my first recital this summer.
