My lessons are mainly focused on Calistenthics. This means Body Weight Training! But before we get into that let me introduce myself! My name is Anthony. I enjoy teaching everything in the realm of physical activity. I've played basketball my entire life, grew up in the gym, worked with calistenthic exercises for over 3 years now! I will work with you and focus on catering to your needs since I know every individual is different. I am very enthusiastic and will help you every step of the way, and even do the exercises with you! Calistenthics work on your entire body, depending on the exercise, and focuses on using your own body weight to control your movements. This type of exercising got me in peak physical strength without even going to the gym! (Not saying weight exercises are bad) but for people with a busy schedule, I can be of upmost help!

- Played basketball for 15 years (currently 20 years old)
- Played in AAU/Travel teams from 5th grade-10th.
- Played at Notre Dame of West Haven JV/Varsity 2 years
- Played North Haven High School Varsity 2 years
- Played alongside Choate Prep School coach Dawson
- Have been teaching basketball for around 2-3 years
- Coach at Skyhawk summer basketball camp (ages 5-14)
- Very skilled and knowledgeable at the game
- Very enthusiastic and love to teach others
- I have various techniques and skill training exercises to improve others game
