    About Anne K.

I am a mom of two littles and work from home making patterns and technical specification packages for fashion designers. I teach sewing, pattern making and fashion design lessons from my home studio in Broomfield. I have been sewing since I was 7 years old and while I sometimes use commercial sewing patterns I prefer to make my own, I always have. I have a degree in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, and Product Development. Adding a lot of standard technique to my own methods. Want to learn how to alter clothes to make them fit better? Or how to upcycle pretty much anything. Need just one lesson? OK :) My goal as a teacher is to help you achieve your goals. I know that we all learn at a different pace. -Studio Equipment- 2 Sewing Machines. My young daughter got a sewing machine for Christmas and Anne was able to show us the basics of using it. She was thorough and patient and made sure my daughter understood each step before she moved on to the next one. My daughter is very excited to start sewing and exploring her machine, thanks to Anne.
