Classical Piano with Andrew G.

I am an 18 year old pianist and composer, and currently a student at the University of Pennsylvania. I am a 2017 Presidential Scholar in the Arts and a Gold Award recipient of the National YoungArts Competition, and my compositions have been debuted internationally. I have won various competitions in both solo piano performance and chamber (groups of 3-4 musicians) performance. I was taught at a young age by the legendary piano teacher, Emilio del Rosario. One of the most important things he taught me was that music is meant to be a joyful experience. He had a special gift in instilling passion in people, especially young children, and his teaching style has greatly influenced my own. I have been teaching for two years now, having taught 6 year olds to 40 year olds.
