I never ever cooked a single dish when I was staying with my parents. I neither thought about learning not showed any interest when my mom used show me how to cook a particular curry. But when I moved out of state for my job, being a foodie, I genuinely missed homemade food and variety of dishes my mom used to cook. Those cravings made me learn and cook on my own. I started cooking and developed an interest when my food tasted awesome and others appreciated it. From knowing nothing about cooking to being an expert now, I know what it takes to make a tasty and healthy Indian dish. And that is why I decided to teach beginners ( as I was like them once).  I know how to develop interest in cooking Indian dishes for beginners and I love to chitchat, crack jokes  while cooking and make the whole process happy, cheerful and positive. I believe food cooked with positive and happy mind always tastes best and unique.

I am a foodie and love for all kind of food made me learn cooking. I strongly believe that food cooked with love and with a happy mind tastes best! 

There are many stars in India and food, preparations, styles differ every 10 miles. I teach all types of Indian cuisine like Punjabi, Gujarati, Rajasthani , Bengali, Bihari , Maharashtrian, Konkani, South Indian etc. I also specialize in Indo- Chinese. I love to make fusions. For example, Pizza baked with toppings and Indian spices or Lasagna baked with Indian veggies, Paneer/ cottage cheese and spices etc.
