I focus on clean tasty eating and my style includes using basic ingredients and seasoning to create something wonderful.

I have got you covered. This is for you if you know very little and want to learn so much and if you're starting a healthier lifestyle and needing help and guidance.

I'm a passionate plant based foodie from South Africa now living in the USA. I changed my lifestyle 6 years ago and learnt how to cook and bake. Food is my passion and I love sharing it with people and helping them change their life through food. I taught English in Thailand in 2011-2013 and in this time gave some cooking classes in Bangkok. My greatest vision is changing the way people perceive food and how it is really our medicine and gateway to a better healthier life.
