My work with intermediate and advanced actors involves putting previously acquired skills and techniques, as well as the fundamentals, under sharper focus in order to render their craft more vibrant, effective and engaging. Over thirty years of experience teaching at Drama School, Conservatory and University level has enabled me to develop teaching methods that are personalized, efficient and rooted in the convictions of the best of classical as well as cutting edge actor training.

As an actor, I think it's in everyone's best interest to train with Amir. He is one of the kindest and hard working acting teachers there is. I learned so much during my time as his student bust the most important lesson he taught me was to trust myself and go into every audition/job with confidence and grace. He was able to get me out of comfort zones I didn't even know I had and to me that is a great coach...someone who is willing to get to know your strengths and weaknesses and mold them into the best tools you can use as an actor.

Amir’s an amazing teacher and actor, and a true blue great bloke. I’m so grateful for his understanding and gentle approach to drawing out my strengths and giving me safe space to explore my weaknesses. Amir isn’t one to coddle though, and he will give very honest feedback, will get to the nuances and details of your work and knows when to push when you need it - just what I needed from my acting coach! Under his instruction I was able to find freedom in my acting, and this brought me to a whole new level. I highly recommend Amir for anyone, beginner or seasoned actor!
