I love teaching and sharing recipes. California grown,I was born in Jamaica W.I. She began her culinary career in Austin Texas where she studied at TCA Cor don Bleu. I was Trained with variations of cooking techniques from around the globe. Spending much of my career traveling throughout the south learning southwest and southern cuisine before returning home. My specialty is marrying flavors just like the melting pot of my city Los Angeles. I have experience as a chef, a cooking coach, a chef instructor and a Catering expert.
