Teaching since:

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Allison, and I'm a student with a passion for music!

I am a classically trained vocalist, pianist, and composer who has been studying music for 16 years. My abilities in ear-training and sight-reading have given me the perfect springboard to experiment with different musical techniques, and I have spent my time as a music student developing my own jack-of-all-trades style.

Piano students can expect to learn beginner tools such as basic sight-reading techniques and proper finger coordination to finding exciting ways to "fake" your way through a piece. I aim to give students an adaptable tool box that allows them to feel confident in multiple facets of piano-playing.

Vocal students can expect to approach their singing with a musician's ear, and gain the confidence to nail their next big audition or voice recital. I aim to provide a leg up in sight-reading and ear training to give the student an advantage over their peers.
