My daughter has been learning clarinet with Alexia for almost a year, she still enjoys her lessons. She has made a great progress. Thanks.
I love how knowledgable and flexible Alexia is. If I am having trouble with an area of study she will change the lesson on the spot to cater to my needs. That is very important to me. This ends up with a great learning lesson that lets me do better in my other band activities. Alexia is a really great teacher and mentor !Show More
I had a great first lesson with Alexia. I learned about the ukulele as an instrument and some chords to practice. Looking forward to building on this base.
really a very flexible instructor and great mentor, got now good confidence in ukulele to play a minimum... good second lesson to see myself at-least to play minimum tunes
Great first lesson with my (almost) 5 year old daughter, looking forward to the next.
Overall great helpful and patient!
The lesson is like just the way I want. Though I am totally new learner, Alexia takes time to go over small details but yet teaches harmony like professional.
I totally recommend her!
Alexia is a great teacher. She's focused, kind, excited with you, personable and just an enjoyable person with which to spend 45 minutes learning flute. I think she's well able to explain the technics she's teaching. I'm blessed to have her!Show More

My daughter, Isabella, now 11 years old, has had the privilege of learning the ukulele for the past three months with the teaching from Alexia. We are very pleased with the progress Isabella has made with the professional and delightful manner of learning. Alexia is very punctual, understanding, charismatic, and very patient with Isabella. Overall, we are very happy with her.
Alexia is a good teacher. I'm just beginning again with flute and she gave me a good start. I've practiced already when I hung up from Skype, and eager for the week of more practice AND my next lesson. Thanks, Alexia!
This was my first experience of using TakeLessons and Alexia was great. She went through the basics thoroughly. Can't wait for the next lesson!
Learning more than ever with Lexi!
It was a great experience for my daughter. She gave her good advice how to play the exam pieces better. Thanks.
Alexia is a great teacher. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Occasionally her internet connection wasn't great which caused slight delays or distortion of sound. Other than that, everything was great.
Alexia has been so great for the self-paced kind of lessons I had been looking for. We have been able to use our online time to explore new subjects that I've expressed interest in, and the topics we discuss have been guided by my own questions and curiosity. This is definitely a great option for those looking to establish a foundation of knowledge to later expand upon independently!Show More
Of all the music teachers I was forced to have and those, like Alexia, that I chose by my own volition, honestly, she is the best: patient, kind, extremely helpful, and has been ready to go the extra mile with me. Thank you.
Alexia gives great explanations, takes time to explain and re-explain if needed. I am so motivated!!
Alexia is wonderful teacher. My daughter learns a lot. She is always on time, and ready to teach her new things. Isabella is happy to have her as a teacher.
Alexia was very patient and nice. I didn't really understand anything about the Clarinet and music until she explained it to me.
I'm looking forward to my next lesson!
Alexia was very nice and patient with my daughter. She was very friendly and yet very professional.
