I am a current Head Coach/Trainer at a local gym in Staten Island. I am very passionate about working out and practicing a healthy way a life. I love to help people start their fitness journey and nothing makes me happier than helping a client reach their goals. I am super dedicated to my craft. I take what I do very seriously and would love to introduce you to my way of training. It has helped change my life as I hope it would do for you as well. I love helping people become more functional in everyday life, whether it’s getting out of bed in the morning, playing with your children, bringing in the groceries or just flat out looking better naked- I love to help people get there!
