Hello! My name is Alex. I've been playing guitar in a vast array of genres and ensembles for the past 14 years. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Commercial Music from Millikin University. I specialize in ear training, a skill which I feel is essential to becoming a proficient musician. I focus my lessons towards teaching each individual student in a way that suits their learning style best, whether you'd like to learn the nitty-gritty of music theory, or you're interested in breaking out the guitar for sing-along's with friends, or you've got your heart set on learning your favorite guitar solos (or even writing your own!).
