Hi thanks for your interest in learning mixed martial arts. I have been training for over 15 years in various martial arts styles. Specializing in BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I just recently returned to Portland from living in Thailand where I was training and fighting Muay Thai full time. 
Depending on what your goals are I will create a totally personalized training routine. The techniques I teach are all battle tested, basic and effective. I teach on a gradient scale. Anyone can learn my style if they are willing to put in the effort and time. I look forward to hearing from you :)
