I'm a one-stop shop for whatever musical goals you are hungering to achieve. I'm an active, licensed educator who was recently named a Quarterfinalist for the 2017 Music Educator of the Year Award given by The Recording Academy and The GRAMMY Foundation. I'm an award-winning composer who's original scores have been in films screened at the world-renowned Cannes and SXSW film festivals. I'm a songwriter who has licensed works for film and television. I'm an artist who has recorded for the illustrious Daytrotter music studio. I'm a vocalist who has traveled the world performing everything from Mozart to Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat to Jimmy Eat World. I graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Music in Education, a Bachelor of Music in Education (both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha) and another undergraduate degree in performance, and am fully certified in the Kodaly methodology of teaching music. All of this experience has made me uniquely suited to offer a broad range of lessons targeting virtually any musical goal you may have; ear training, sight-singing, songwriting, composition, theory, vocal technique, whatever it is you want to accomplish, let me help you do it!
