I've been teaching piano for over 20 years and I remain eager to share music with others, help them explore it for themselves and receive It's many benefits. I try to find the best approach for each one of my students depending on their interests,and I usually incorporate various techniques,including reading,improvisation,memorization and analysis of music.I place emphasis on methods of practicing that yield the best results and best use of practice time. I always feel that learning music should be a fun and rewarding experience and I strongly feel that the process of learning music is as important, if not more than the end result.

Stephen was awesome! He created a light fun atmosphere that made me feel really comfortable being a beginner. and also is very truthful about my vocal potential which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed the space it was very peaceful. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone who's interested in taking vocal lessons for the first time or someone who has tons of experienced. Steven is very attentive he really breaks down every detail about your voiceso you can recognize if there is a problem and correct it I really appreciated that.

Steven has everything possible going for him. He is amazingly talented in voice!
He is honest & sincere. He cannot create a talent in us that is not there. He tested me with chords, etc. , however we do not know if I have the talent to continue. Only my first lesson. He does not believe to continue if we both feel the inert talent is not there. He is ethical & moral.
Steven is patient & calm but has this inert enthusiasm that supports you, so you feel uninhibited & give it your best when you are with him in his quiet studio.. He is totally with you every second. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher. 5 STARS!!!!!

Matthew is an excellent teacher with a ton of patience, as well. Coming into our first lesson, I had some beginner experience, but it had been a while since I actively played the piano. His lessons focus on assuring that the fundamentals are understood, then progressively building into more difficult pieces and even some theory. I would definitely recommend, as I am still taking lessons weekly!
