I have been studying drawing, design, and arts for more than 10 years. I have AAS degree in Illustration. I teach beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. I can customize the class to individual students, and focus on quality of each class. I can teach in various style to improve a specific skill that you want to work on! I can speak Korean and English.

In our lessons, you will draw from life, exploring composition, concept, and mood through creative assignments. You will train your eye as you draw still lifes, landscapes, portraits, figures, and beyond! I will show you examples of historical and contemporary drawing as we practice a range of techniques. You will gain confidence through practice and experimentation as you work towards developing your own style as an artist! And most importantly, you’ll have fun! I can’t wait to work with you!

I've been drawing all my life and still enjoy it. It's a great pastime and a creative way to express yourself. You'll need, pencils, large pad of paper and to keep a sketch book for this class. You'll learn different techniques and ways to see things on paper. If you want classes in the Manhattan Beach library, let me know, and give me some time, so I can schedule a room there in advance.

I hold a BFA in art/education and with 5+ years teaching all ages in painting (acrylic, oils, watercolor), printmaking, ceramics, and metalsmithing. I continue working out of my studio and sell my work online. I (along with my team of artists) won the Chronicle Award for Best Mural in Austin for the mural Le Bonheur Le Vivre on 24th St. & Guadalupe. I look forward to teaching you all about art!
