I have been using my Canon DSLR camera for 4 years now, primarily focusing on shooting architecture and landscapes. I can teach the basics of how to frame a shot using simple rules such as the rule of thirds, and more technical terms such as shutter speed and aperture settings to create proper lighting settings and depth of field.

About Steven
I'm a recent graduate of the Boston Architectural College, and employed by a large architectural firm in Boston. I am currently teaching a Rhino 3-D course at the BAC I tutor in all aspects of architecture including portfolio design, writing, software tutoring, design critiquing, and overall academic guidance. For software, I specialize in the Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, and V-Ray. I've tutored students of all differing ages and skill sets, ranging from novice to advanced user. Further, I have numerous references and reviews about my services that I would be happy to pass along, as well as past design work that I have done both academically and professionally. Lastly, I have numerous resources students can use after tutoring sessions are complete such as reference manuals, tutorials, and websites to visit for additional learn

Steve did a great job, was thorough and patient. He knows the program well and is equally adept at explaining the concepts behind what he's doing. That's a difficult thing for a teacher and Steve did an excellent job of it. Highly recommend!

I have loved photography ever since I was a teenager in the days of film cameras. My hobby eventually landed me a great job shooting weddings, models, commercials. You name it. I myself have studied photography for many years and I hope to pass down that information to you through guided lessons.

About Jason
I recently started working at Milestone Event Group as the lead photographer/videographer. Photography is an opportunity for me to capture life's moments and using various techniques photograph images not view-able to the naked eye. The geek in me loves the challenge of dealing with so so many technical variables like light, depth of field, composition, shutter speed and so on and so on. I enjoy helping others learn the joy of photography.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I retired from the Navy in 2011 after working 20 years in law enforcement. I also run my own company and website doing fitness equipment sales and service.

Tim is an excellent instructor! You can really tell he has a passion for both art and people. He's very approachable and you can ask him for feedback and tips at anytime. I would highly recommend taking any of his courses if you are hoping to increase your knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or are looking to have a better understanding at creating your own illustrations.

Our son Christopher has been passionate about art and illustration his entire life but with traditional art instruction had become incredibly critical of his inability to duplicate exactly what other instructors required of him. In that regard meeting Tim Long has been one of the biggest blessings for us. Tim has helped to re-build a foundation for a lifelong relationship with art. His teaching methods are creative, engaging and unlike traditional art instructors rather than coax or box-in a child's imagination he provides the freedom to explore artistic expression based on our sons perception of art. Christopher has begun to experience illustration on a completely different level thanks to Tim, learning that trial and error and problem solving are part of the process and over the past few months it has been a joy to see the artist in him blossom again!

My name is Christopher Feth. I am a recent graduate from Parsons the New School for Design where I received my BFA in Photography. I have studied graphic design, advertising design, web design, fashion design, and music theory and production throughout my 6 years in higher education. I am a multimedia artist, primarily working in photography, but my interests and practices include video, songwriting, painting, makeup artistry, and fashion design. I am comfortable and fluent in all aspects of production within these mediums. I am I am available to tutor any of these subjects, with a specialty in digital photography and creative software including Adobe Creative Suite, Apple's Logic Pro X, other Apple software, or even Squarespace. My artistic practice is deeply personal, creativity is at my core. I am deeply passionate about technology and it's innate ability to push society forward and I would love to share what I know with anyone that is interested.

About Christopher
My strengths and skills lie in my work ethic. I teach with the same passion regardless of the pupil, but a completely unique style depending on how the student responds. I have been teaching software since I was very young, it has always just come intuitively to me. That being said, there are infinite learning styles, everyone's brain chemistry is a little bit different, so I adapt accordingly. A lot of this software and technical knowledge is difficult and tedious, and there are often many different means to the same end, but my teaching style is thorough and simplistic, and I will always explain things in a way that is cohesive to the student's learning process.

I have worked with Chris on a number of photo editing projects and I have been guided through the process with ease. He has done professional product photo shoots for my business and edited images prior to posting to an e-commerce website and has the eye, layout and technical ability to produce stellar results. When I am in need of direction on how to get the most out of images I use for print or online applications, he is my "go to" person for guidance.

These lessons will address principals of composition in photography, as well as learning the correct camera settings.

At the end of the lesson, student will receive a camera settings sheet. The list can be stored on a smart phone and consulted any time anywhere.

About Ana
I am a Graphic Designer with a full time job teaching Photoshop in high school. Recently I've been receiving many requests from amateur and professional photographers, as well as aspiring graphic designers, who would like to learn the unlimited creative possibilities that Photoshop has to offer. If you would like to learn how to create literally anything your imagination leads you to, or just use techniques to obtain an effect you have seen somewhere, you came to the right place. Whether you would like to learn the secrets of professional photo retouching or dive in the surrealism of advanced photo manipulation, I can customize the lessons to your specific needs.
On the other hand, if you are just getting started and those YouTube videos are too fast or too advanced for you, we can go through the basic at your own pace, until you feel c
omfortable with using the tools on your own.
The sky is the limit.

The lesson start off like every other lesson I had before. We start to get to know one another. What I want to learn and how I can improve. Like most teachers I fined things I don't like. After 15mins of lesson I start seeing how much Ana really care about the lesson. How she create new ways of teaching me on the spot. Every word was filled with new encouragement. I learn a lot in the lesson. Thank you Ana for help me learn new things in Adobe Photoshop.

Photography is a big part of our lives these days. It's a modern way of story telling. Let me help you tell your story better. From Beginner to Advance, I cater the lessons to your needs.
A life long student of Photography myself, I have made my living as a professional Photographer for nearly 10 years. In addition to Shooting I have been teaching and helping others hone their craft for the past 4 years.
Many people want instant results but photography is a process. Despite the experience level of the photographer my goal is teach something new. Be it a concept or technique at the end of the session you will be one step closer to your goals.
The session doesn't end at the end of the hour. I provide e-mail support for questions pertaining to the discussed subject matter. I do assign homework and or conduct practical lessons so I also provide feedback and critique for photographs.
I use Lightroom and Photoshop for post processing and I am able to provide instruction on ...

About Mark Onewolf
I began photographing family events at the age of 8 years old. I was always fascinated with how things work and the camera was no exception.
I learned to shoot with Film cameras. First with my Dad's Pentax and when I was employed I purchased my own. During my time in the Navy and Army I became good friends with a combat photographer who mentored me in photography. Long deployments were perfect to cultivate my skills and there was no shortage of people places and things to photograph.
So what makes me a good Instructor? My education background is Avionics and Electronics Engineering. I am a math and logic minded person which enables me to reverse engineer processes and break them down. I have experience teaching ESL to foreign exchange students which often requires me to understand the task from the perspective of the client so tha
t I am able to help them understand in the way they learn.
I come from a Artistic family, Music, Art, Dance, Singing etc and being a musician myself I am not just a 1's and 0 person. Photography is a very logical subject not unlike music. There are rules to bent and offers structure yet has a creative release for those of us seeking that.
My clients find that I am patient and laid back and able to explain things in multiple ways until they get that ah ha moment. I am passionate about photography and i hope my enthusiasm is contagious.
As a Professional photographer I see so many bad photos from family and friends and others posting on social media and in forums. Someone took the time to show me and feed my passion so I want to do the same and help to create better photographers.
