I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston with a degree in Piano and Film Scoring.
I love many styles which include, Film scores, Pop, New age, Rock, improv, Classical and some Jazz.
I teach basic to intermediate. (Scales, finger exercises, chords, arpeggios, theory, simple songs, posture and breathing, etc.)
Last year, I taught an eight year old girl and three boys. I currently work at Piano Playtime where I teach twelve Kindergarten to 4th grade group piano lessons. I am fun, easy to get along with, and very patient with kids and adults.
In the past, I scored a local film titled "The Times Were Never So Bad: The Life of Andre Dubus" who's son Andre Dubus III wrote the story "The House of Sand and Fog." In 2003 the novel was adapted into a film starring Ben Kingsley and Jennifer Connelly. The film won first place at the Providence Film Fest in 2007. I also composed a jingle for the online college Capella University.
I have a car and can come to your location or you can come to me depending on distance. I look forward in sharing this musical journey with you!

Stephen was informative, patient, and very punctual. He made the effort to explain things thoroughly and gave me leeway to work on my skills at my own pace.
