ClosePhotography is a big part of our lives these days. It's a modern way of story telling. Let me help you tell your story better. From Beginner to Advance, I cater the lessons to your needs.
A life long student of Photography myself, I have made my living as a professional Photographer for nearly 10 years. In addition to Shooting I have been teaching and helping others hone their craft for the past 4 years.
Many people want instant results but photography is a process. Despite the experience level of the photographer my goal is teach something new. Be it a concept or technique at the end of the session you will be one step closer to your goals.
The session doesn't end at the end of the hour. I provide e-mail support for questions pertaining to the discussed subject matter. I do assign homework and or conduct practical lessons so I also provide feedback and critique for photographs.
I use Lightroom and Photoshop for post processing and I am able to provide instruction on ...
About Mark Onewolf
I learned to shoot with Film cameras. First with my Dad's Pentax and when I was employed I purchased my own. During my time in the Navy and Army I became good friends with a combat photographer who mentored me in photography. Long deployments were perfect to cultivate my skills and there was no shortage of people places and things to photograph.
So what makes me a good Instructor? My education background is Avionics and Electronics Engineering. I am a math and logic minded person which enables me to reverse engineer processes and break them down. I have experience teaching ESL to foreign exchange students which often requires me to understand the task from the perspective of the client so tha
I come from a Artistic family, Music, Art, Dance, Singing etc and being a musician myself I am not just a 1's and 0 person. Photography is a very logical subject not unlike music. There are rules to bent and offers structure yet has a creative release for those of us seeking that.
My clients find that I am patient and laid back and able to explain things in multiple ways until they get that ah ha moment. I am passionate about photography and I hope my enthusiasm is contagious.
As a Professional photographer I see so many bad photos from family and friends and others posting on social media and in forums. Someone took the time to show me and feed my passion so I want to do the same and help to create better photographers and hopefully better photographs.

Photography has been a lifelong passion for me. As my journey continues, I enjoy working with students and clients on making great images and helping them to achieve their artistic vision. I love to share the tips and tricks that I have learned along the way as both a professional photographer, but also as a teacher and as a student of light.
Experienced photographer that has worked professionally in many areas including travel, fine-art, news, and sports action. I have extensive darkroom experience in both B&W and color and have transitioned those skills to Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop in the digital post-processing world. Many of my images have been printed in various publications, on many websites, and in art gallery exhibits. I teach beginner to advanced students on how to take and process great images in private tutor sessions, group lessons, and on workshop field trips. I also custom print images, and scan and retouch/restore old photographs and negatives.
About Nick
I specialize in travel, fine art and sports action photography. I am a life-long photographer having worked for a weekly newspaper, a motorcycle racing magazine, as a wedding and event photographer, and as a sports photographer. Over the last 15 years I have photographed local town events, Middle and High School sports, college football, fund-raising events for non-profit organizations, motorcycle racing, bicycle racing, running road races, Rock ‘n Roll bands, and high school senior portraits. I am now focusing most of my time traveling around the world and making and exhibiting my photographs of the local landscapes and people. Many o
I enjoy teaching students how to "make" photographs, drawing from the skills and techniques that I have learned from my real-world experiences as a photographer. My students learn how to use their camera as an expression of their artistic vision. They will learn all aspects of workflow including research and preparation, camera settings, composition, post-processing, printing, and framing. The goal is for each student to create images that they would be proud to exhibit or display on their wall at home.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced photographer, please contact me for further information, to discuss your goals and objectives for making pictures, or to schedule a session. I offer both in person and remote lessons. Thank you.

Learning photography is partly learning that it is combination of art and science and working to understand those qualities and how they work together. It's a really rewarding skill to have. It's very satisfying to have the confidence to go to an event, a family gathering, a wedding or birthday party and know that the photos you take can be offered to be shared with others.
The art is is in learning about the 4 c's of photography - color, composition, cropping and creativity. The science is in learning about the math that governs shutter speeds and apertures as well as something about the properties of light. Did you know that light has a color temperature and that it is measured in degrees of Kelvin? That's why photos taken indoors in florescent light have a greenish cast - they are a different color temperature (a cooler one) than those taken outdoors.
As for my background, I started as a photojournalist right out of high school, working for a newspaper well before there ...
