Philip is an excellent teacher and gave me very heloful pointers on my technique. I am an advanced player and have performed semi-professionally several times but hadn't learned proper technique in the past.

I plan to continue with him regularly to improve my technique and skill level.

Philip was so friendly and patient, and made my 7 year old very comfortable with her first lesson. He really knew how to speak on her level and his instruction was very positive and motivating. My daughter left the lesson very excited to start practicing what he showed her, and we can't wait till the next lesson!

Very helpful person to work with, understanding of my student's transportation difficulties and great about rescheduling. The girl likes him and is learning.

My sessions have been nothing but fun! I started playing the ukulele to relieve stress and classes with Zelda has made that possible. Going over chords, correct finger positioning, tempo, and playing popular songs has been exciting and I don't feel pressured. Each lesson is created to match my pace and gradually becomes more difficult as I improve. But, her instruction allows me to pick up the new skills with ease. Since taking classes, I feel I finally have a outlet to relieve stress from work/family through the rhythmic sounds of my ukulele. I would highly recommend this instructor for novice or veteran music lovers.

As a beginner, Zelda makes lessons fun. She has a great singing voice as well. But she really helps to breakdown the components to make playing the Uke. From rhythm to strumming to chords, she helps make it easy and a real joy.

Very helpful and gave me great advice on how to improve my technique. Thank you very much.
Cathy F.
My son started his on line flute lesson with Michelle during pandemic period. At first, I think he probably could not stay longer since boys always have 5 minutes heat. But Michelle made her class interesting, encouraging and easy understanding, my son couldn't wait to have class with her every week. I can feel his technique improved effectively after every class.

For only short 3 months, I was informed he was outgrown from his old book and was capable for upgrading to next level. I am much happier to find Michelle as his flute instructor. Thanks for helping him become more confident, optimistic and diligent.
Alice L.
Michelle is an amazing flute instructor. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging and professional. I have two kids that plays the flute. One is a beginner. Michelle was able to help her play her flute with good tone just after one lesson. My other child was a budding intermediate flute player. Michelle was able to help him take his flute playing to the next level. Both kids enjoy their flute lessons every week. I can’t thank Michelle enough for helping my kids build their flute playing skills and more importantly their self confidence in learning something new. I highly recommend Michelle as an instructor.

At the beginning I didn't appreciate the various directions he was taking me, like having to learn various chords, etc. on a keyboard. But I can see now that it is all coming together. Don't get the bighead, Ben, but it's all coming together now."

I was immediately put at ease - Amber made me feel welcome, accepted and was incredibly helpful to me today, as I am auditioning on Sunday to sing as a soloist at my church! I have great exercises to strengthen my diaphragm, and she gave really good instruction regarding how to get the correct sound for each voice range. I am looking forward to meeting with her again, and continuing my studies under Amber."

"Wonderful at helping me enjoy singing with confidence!

Working with Jameson, I could see improvement in my singing after my first lesson, when he taught me some very simple techniques for better breathing. He's endlessly enthusiastic and reassuring, and I feel much, *much* more confident and less anxious than I did five months ago-- now, when I stand up to sing, I feel like I know what I'm doing enough not to worry about how it'll sound. His Alexander technique teaching is great for helping me understand how to use *all* of myself in singing, from head to heels. My friends and family have noticed excellent changes in my voice. I've recommended him to everyone I know who's looking for lessons!"
