Biography Sergey began dancing Ballroom and Latin at the age of 8 in Kursk Russia. Originally Sergey was brought to the studio to take lessons for fun, however, his interest in dance picked up quickly and in less than a year Sergey hit the floor for the first time. He won numerous National and International championships both in Standard and Latin. His success was due to hard work and consistent lessons with top European coaches. Sergey's international teaching experience began in Dubai, UAE in 2007, a year later Sergey moved the United States. Between 2008 and now Sergey has taught at dance studios in Maryland, Washington , Connecticut and Florida. Over the past 7 years Sergey has won a number of National and International Pro/Am titles with his students. Sergey is Three Time undefeated National Pro/Am Champion in American Smooth and Ohio Star Ball Pro/Am Smooth Champion. Participant in TV project on PBS American Ballroom Challenge. Sergey is a DVIDA certified professional.
