As an award winning journalist for my culinary travel series The Basic Art of Italian Cooking,I have been teaching the culinary arts classes in the USA and Italy, mainly on topics of Italian cooking but also healthy eating and also vegetarian Italian cooking, gluten free cooking. I have a degree in Foreign Language Education so before I began my culinary career I also taught foreign languages-Italian and French. My Book series The Basic Art of Italian Cooking won the Gourmand Word Award. I write my book series from my country farm in Italy and also design and host culinary programs in Italy so I do travel al lot between the USA and Italy but wherever I am I have a laptop with camera.
