I teach Character Building. Maximum comedy potential is reached when an improviser plays a sustainable comedic character. My lessons are rooted in easy to learn, ready to wear technique that I have taught for years. 

I am a comedian that has been doing improv/sketch comedy for over 15+ years. I have taught mu technique at iO, The Second City and in various cities are the US including San Francisco, Portland, Austin, Miami, Charleston, Atlanta, and St. Louis.

I believe that I am the only teacher teaching technique rather than methodology to improvisers.

Seth is comedian who hails from Oakland, California. Seth is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University’s theater program and The Conservatory, The Second City Training Center, Chicago. 

Seth was one half of The Defiant Brothers – winners of the Best Sketch Award at the 2005 HBO Comedy Fest. 

Seth has taught his Character building technique a improv theaters in Chicago, as well as Portland, Austin, Boston, Miami, Charleston and St. Louis.

Seth is a die-hard Dixie Chicks fan and a doyen of The Hills.
