Hello, I'm Sammy! Making music is one of my favorite things to do. I believe that music is for everyone and lessons are about you, the student. So we can tailor your lessons to whatever you need. Whether you're a beginner, playing/learning for fun, or looking to enhance your playing, I can help you! If my availability does not match up with yours, reach out to me anyway; maybe we can work something out! I am a graduate of the music program at University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) where I studied cello and music theory with the Arianna String Quartet. During my time there, I played cello in the university orchestra and in some other smaller groups. I played one season with the Oregon East Symphony and I have played at several church services in the St. Louis area. Currently, I am freelancing and performing with the UMSL Cello Choir. I also enjoy watching Netflix, cooking, hiking, and eating Indian food.

I think it was a great lesson. Although it would be great to be able to jump in and start playing. Sammy gave me tools and exercises to help build a strong foundation in my learning and playing!
