Anybody can dance but it's not everybody that knows how important dance is to the body system asides it's social attraction. Depending on the type of dancing you do, you will, most likely, gain or maintain flexibility, and, if you dance fast enough to elevate your heart rate to a certain level, you'll be getting a good aerobic/cardio workout. Lots more are attached to dancing. I don't teach dance because you wanna know how to dance only but to appreciate it.
