I played lots of sports and was physically active growing up: skateboarding, baseball, football roller-skate, Karate, jujitsu, triathlon..
I received an educational grant for my service in the United States Navy and studied health, fitness and exercise science. In 2014 I received my associates degree in Advanced Health & Fitness from Bryan University(Deans List) and was certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Core Specialist
At Spectrum I acted as a club ambassador, set up health & fitness clinics( body fat, posture analysis, checked for muscle imbalances, cardiac testing etc.), promoted and performed personal training sessions, conducted full body workouts on the treadmill with small classes.
At LA Fitness I did assessments and counseled new members on nutrition & exercise programs.
