Learn Ballet from a professional ballet dancer
Whether a beginner or experienced dancer, my lessons will add more to a student’s dancing. I focus on technical as well as artistic qualities and modify each class according to the student’s needs. With years of professional ballet dancing experience as well as learning from Russian, Cuban, Chinese, and American training styles, I can say that I am full of knowledge. I teach ballet technique, posture, stretching and strengthening, pointe, as well as modern/contemporary. I will contact the student before the lessons to discuss the class plan and goals you would like to achieve so it is important to keep an eye out for an email or phone call from me once a lesson is booked. About Nicole A.
Hi! I’ve been a professional ballet dancer for 10 years and teaching for 10 as well. I competed and received many awards at competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix, American Dance Competition and World Ballet Competition. I also received the Fernando Bujones Award in 2010. I danced in NYC with the Gelsey Kirkland Ballet where I danced various roles such as lead roles in Sleeping Beauty, Marie in the Nutcracker, Flames of Paris, Le Corsaire, and many more. In 2015, I joined the Hong Kong Ballet where I danced in dozens of ballets and original works. I toured America and Canada as well as mainland China while in the company. I later joined the Tampa City Ballet where I am currently dancing as well as freelancing as a gust artists nationwide. I am also a ballet teacher and have been teaching since I lived in Hong Kong. I’ve taught children, teens, and adults. I can’t wait to have more students through this platform!
