    About Nathan F.

I am an avid cellist and a firm believer in sharing my love for classical music with anyone. From the age of four, I was trained in the Boston area with incredible teachers and mentors who fostered my playing style and passion for music. As a chamber, orchestral, and solo cellist, I have had the opportunity to play with amazing musicians and gain much experience refining my tone and technique and exploring my musicality. At the most fundamental level I believe music to be a rewarding source of joy. No matter the age, background, or skill, cello is something that anyone can make their own with determination, patience, and passion. I am energetic, fun-loving, patient, and encouraging. I take interest in those I work with and foster the individual to celebrate their accomplishments, push through challenges, and grow in meaningful ways.
