Math with Mikayla B.

Hi my name is Mikayla! I am a nursing student at the University of Portland. I lived in California until moving to Portland for college. I have mostly tutored students in elementary and middle school, however I also have experience with high school students. I graduated high school with a 4.06 and have maintained good grades throughout my first year of college. During high school I took classes in advanced algebra and statistics, as well as upper-level English classes. Math has always been my strong suit and something I enjoyed learning. I enjoy learning, but I also love hiking, skiing, reading, and spending time with my friends. Going to college has made me appreciate my foundations from high school. If couldn't be a nurse I would be a teacher because I love being able to help students realize their full potential.
