I am a graduate student pursuing an MFA in Electronic Music and received my dual degree BM from Berklee College of Music in Composition and Electronic Production and Design.
I am an alto/tenor saxophonist and clarinetist, performing in symphonic wind ensembles, orchestras, and musical theatre pit ensembles. I also sing in concert choirs as a baritone/bass, and have played lead and supportive roles on stage in musical theatre shows.
As a composer I write choral, chamber, musical theatre and electroacoustic music. My other works include sonic installation pieces that encompass recording, sampling, mixing, surround sound, and production. I have also written music and created sound effects for several video games and trailers.
I can teach composition, orchestration, and basics in mixing, production, and sound design. In instrumental studies I teach classical, contemporary, or musical theatre pit orchestra, and musical theatre training for voice and/or acting.
Matt was very patient with my grand-daughter. This was her 1st time having lessons and she seems pretty excited from the lesson.
