I’m delighted that I had the opportunity to become Mara’s student as early as I did. I’m inexplicably happy to see that Mara’s class is now finally offered at Take Lessons to all artists keen to learn and grow through the power of knowledge. I’m sure that Mara’s expertise, education, and mind-blowing screen and theater experience will bring so much value to future wholeheartedly dedicated students ready to explore the artistry of emerging through the character to become the one with the story. Mara taught me much, from studying the character and analysis of its emotional traits and motives to production processes with preparation for castings or brainstorming the representation reel and its structure and flow. As I progressed through the classes, my confidence in my performance grew incredibly, but it felt natural. I lost that weight of nervousness after 15 minutes of our first interaction. There were so many benefits of this class that it was impossible to put everything in a short review, and trust me, I could write pages and pages about the impact Mara had on me. I can reassure you that aside from learning about ac, I learned a lot about myself, which completes the person I want to become. I hope I brought my experience closer to you, and now that you have booked your first round of classes, I wish you all the best in your work and have fun, trust me, you won't lack that with Mara.
