Well versed in freestyle, go go, choreography, beginner to intermediate pole, strip tease, lap dance, beginner to advanced chair and burlesque choreography. I have practiced all types of dance from the age of 10 until now. It is truly my passion, and being able to pass on my knowledge and skills to others motivates me more than anything. I specialize in more exotic types of dance, I have developed a love for empowering women through these types of dance. Intro to pole If you have never taken a pole class, this is the class I recommend. Through each class I will guide you through a proper warm up and cool down. In this class you will learn all fundamentals of pole technique and strength training. From sexy walking around the pole to basic spins and floor technique. This will prepare you for pole level 1. Pole Level 1 This class has been designed for seasoned students who are still new to pole dance. This class will be focusing on basic climbing, beginner techniques, basic spins and spin combos. I will introduce to you new pole moves and teach you a sexy and flirty routine! Pole Flirt This class is designed for all levels and focuses more on strength training with the pole to prepare you for more advanced tricks and dance movements. Toning every part of your body, you will learn tricks, spins, and floor work for a sexy and fun workout while gaining the strength you need! GoGo Dance This upbeat cardio class will combine freestyle and choreography moves! Expect to learn how to transition from song to song smoothly, speak with your hips and arms, and just feel the music! Gogo dancing is all about free movement, power, and confidence! Burlesque The main focus will be learning intricate seductive routines, which embrace the grace and look of classic burlesque mixed with a modern twist. You will learn to move and walk with grace, sex appeal, and confidence while dancing to A variety of music. The techniques in this class will leave you feeling empowered, expressed, and inspired! Stretching and flexibility Improve your flexibility and movement in dance and in life! This class will help you open your hips and increase your strength by warming up and toning those muscles.
