I had 10 years of experience in both marching and concert ensembles. Since college, I have regularly played in multiple church bands as a soloist or an accompanist. I'm privilaged to play a variety of music with my current band, and my repertoire ranges from Celtic and bluegrass styles to classical and jazz styles. Traditional Christmas carols hold a special place in my heart, and I spend extra hours perfecting exciting arrangements of songs like "Carol of the Bells" each holiday season. In addition to flute, I took piano lessons for 5 years through my teenage years, and I have been involved in various handbell choirs throughout the past 15 years as well. I look forward to sharing my love of music with new students.
