Flute with Kelsey L.

Hello there! My name is Kelsey, can't wait to meet you! I am fairly new to teaching private lessons, I started this January 2017. I love teaching, and I am very passionate about the flute! I'm excited to share my knowledge of this instrument with students, and to help them to achieve their best sound. I achieved my minor in flute performance at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and graduated with my Bachelor's in 2012. I have personally been playing the flute for 20 years, and am able to teach students both to read music, and to improv. I perform in a duo several times a month around St. Louis and surrounding cities, specializing in flute improv and flute solos. I am a very patient, and enthusiastic person, and my teaching style is flexible and fun, focusing on attainable goals so the students can experience success. I look forward to helping you reach your musical goals!
