In my 14 years of playing I've realized that a student's success is in their own hands, but it's up to their teacher to provide the student with the proper support and skills to be successful. I've been teaching for two years, and in that time I've helped over 20 students begin learning the flute through The David Thomas School of Music in Minnesota. I've had many different kinds of students with different needs and different goals in regard to the flute. As long as a teacher is patient and understands a students goals, as is my mission, all parties involved should have fun and fulfilling experience.

Hi my name is Keith! I've been playing the flute for 14 years. I also play the bari sax and piano. I've studied music performance and education at the University of Minnesota, so teaching music is what I've been training for! While I lived in Minnesota I began teaching private flute lessons through The David Thomas school of music where I taught plenty of students with many different needs. Clear communication and patience are things I try to bring to all my students and lessons.
