Hi! My name is Josh and I would love to be your acting coach. I am specialized in teaching musical theatre acting but have an extensive knowledge of many acting techniques that I use to help teach students and I even use during my own auditions. I have performed in many different styles of theatre and different stages ranging from a small 30 seat Black-Box theatre all the way to The Royal Opera House in the Palace of Versailles in France. Not only have I worked on stage, but I have also worked behind the table with a major Los Angeles casting director and a prominent talent agency in Los Angeles. I believe that I would be an asset to your training due to the fact that I am still in the musical theatre field and know what major casting directors and other professionals are looking for in performers. Josh received his training at Syracuse University in 2020 where he received a degree in Musical Theatre. As an expert in his field, Josh looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. Josh’s teaching style is fun, informative, and easy. He is specialized in musical theatre performance but has extensive knowledge of many acting techniques. He currently lives in San Diego, California where he is teaching online acting one-on-ones.
