Flute with James W.

James W. is flutist and educator within the Albuquerque Metro Area. Mr. W. is currently attending the University of New Mexico for his Master of Music as a Wind Symphony Scholar. He received his Bachelor of Music at the University of Northern Colorado. There he studied under Dr. James Hall, internationally known soloist and educator, and studied under Brook Ferguson, Principal Flutist of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and River Oak Chamber Orchestra. Mr. W. has also studied under Sue Gillio and Justin Cook. Mr. W. has also been in masterclasses with Kenneth Cox, Assistant Principal of the Dallas Opera Ebonee Thomas, and Assistant Professor of Flute at FSU Dr. Karen McLaughlin Large. Mr. W. has years of experience in the field of performance and education.
