Guitar with Henry K.

I have been making music for as long as I can remember and can't imagine life without it. Music IS an essential part of our lives and I am constantly looking for new ways to share music with people. I started my musical journey on the piano, began trombone at age 10 and started playing the guitar and bass at 12. Once I discovered the joy of creating music with others, I took as many opportunities as I could to make music with others and become a better musician. ​ My teaching experiences began in 2000 as a private lesson teacher in my high school band program. Since then, I have taught students at every level in a wide-variety of settings. ​ My students have gone on to do a number of things: touring professionally, playing in their church worship band, performing in their college marching band, playing in their local community band or just making music for their own enjoyment.
