Ukulele with Garek N.

Hi! My name is Garek, I have been playing music for 13 years and have been playing trumpet for 12 of those years and ukulele for about 7 years. My musical career started in middle school playing with both jazz and concert bands at my schools as well as several traditional jazz ensembles as extracurricular activities outside of school. After high school, I went on to major in Jazz Studies: Trumpet Performance at California State University, Northridge, studying under Howie Shear, and graduated in 3 and a half years. I have performed with many amazing artists such as Delfeayo Marsalis, Matt Harris, Gary Pratt, Rob Lockhart, and Wayne Bergeron. When I'm not playing or listening to music, I usually find myself playing games with friends, watching movies, or learning about some interesting hobbies.
